The Black Market is Relive's currency exchange, run by Wick, the same NPC you'll face at the Dice table. Here, though, he's all business. The Black Market handles two things: currency conversion and item exchange. That's it. No fleet assets, no ships, no workers. For that, you go to the Fleet Assembly. Wick only deals in currencies and extracted goods.
