Crew Network

Pancho was built to watch the numbers. To enforce constraints. To keep the extraction economy from burning itself alive. In Legacy, that didn't work out the way anyone hoped. But Pancho never stopped recording. And the infrastructure he watched over, the gates, the grids, the referral chains, never fully shut down. It was all just waiting to be turned back on.
In Relive, Pancho has a new role. He's the referral and progression engine. Same Oracle, same memory, new purpose. And he rewards the Commanders who grow the community.
How it works
Every Commander gets a unique crew link through Pancho. When someone joins through your link:
- You become their Referrer — you earn a share of their expedition activity, permanently
- They get a Welcome Reward — better conditions because you sent them
That relationship doesn't expire. It doesn't reset. Once someone joins through your link, Pancho records it, and the connection lasts as long as they play.
The more Commanders you bring in, the higher your Pancho tier climbs. Higher tiers mean better shares for you and better deals for the people you invite.
Pancho Tiers
| Tier | What it means |
|---|---|
| Scout | You've started. Your first referral is recorded. |
| Bronze | Your network is growing. Referrals are generating activity. |
| Silver | Established. Meaningful volume from your community. |
| Gold | Real contribution to the Relive player base. |
| Diamond | High-tier. Serious referral share. |
| Platinum | Elite. Your invitees get the best welcome conditions at this level. |
| Master | Top-tier progression. Significant network, significant rewards. |
| Legend | Reserved for high-impact Commanders. |
| Omega | Maximum tier. The highest referral share in the system. |
The flywheel
Higher-tier referrers don't just earn more. They also give their invitees better welcome conditions through the Welcome Rewards system. Better conditions attract more players. More players generate more activity. More activity pushes your tier higher. Higher tier means even better conditions.
It's a loop that rewards everyone involved. The referrer earns. The new player gets a better start. And the community grows.
Who is this for?
Anyone who builds community. A Commander sharing a link with a friend. A content creator bringing in hundreds of players. A Discord mod who's been holding the line since Legacy.
Pancho doesn't care how big your network is. He just tracks who showed up and who sent them. The rest takes care of itself.
Note
You don't need referrals to play Relive. The game works perfectly without them. But if you bring people in, Pancho makes sure that matters.
